Who we send you
English-speaking renters moving to Mexico City, many of them planning from abroad. Before anyone reaches you, they have told us their budget, move-in date and visa status, whether they can show income of about three times the rent, and whether they have an aval or will use a póliza jurídica.
We tell renters where they stand before they view anything, so the people who come to see your apartment already expect to show documents, income and an aval or póliza.
How it works
- You share the listing.Send the apartment's details with the form on this page: neighborhood, rent, bedrooms and anything a tenant needs to know.
- We confirm it with you.We confirm availability and the details with you before it goes up. Every listing on the site is confirmed within 7 days, so we check back and take it down once it is rented.
- We write it up in English.We write a clear English listing and do a pass on your photos, so it reads well to people searching from abroad.
- We send pre-qualified tenants.You hear from renters whose budget, dates, income and documents fit, ready to view in person or on video. You decide who rents your apartment.
What we list right now
We currently focus on apartments renting from $40,000 MXN a month in the five central neighborhoods we cover: Roma Norte, Condesa, Polanco, Juárez and Cuauhtémoc. If your apartment is somewhere else in the city, send it anyway and we will tell you whether it fits.
